Will my insurance pay for my medical care?

There are different types of insurance. Feel free to ask your company if you're covered abroad and whether the intervention or treatement you are looking for are included in your contract.

Will my government refund my medical expenses?

Check with your local authorities because the reimbursement of medical expenses is not guaranteed in all countries . If necessary, we will give you a translated copy of your medical file and your invoice in the language of your choice.

When should I pay?

Once you accept the quote and confirm your wish to proceed with the preparations, 50% upfront payment is required. 30% of the total amount should be paid 15 days before arrival and the due amount within 10 days from the final invoice date.

Upon request, we handle all your bookings: transportation (airline, trains, taxis…) and accommodation (hotel or private apartment).

We arrange your transportation from/to the airport to/from your accommodation as well as to the hospital/clinic and your chosen activities. 

Your stay: FAME Santé makes your life easier and handles all aspects of your trip (medical, tourist…) and ensures everything goes smoothly

According to the protocol and the schedule of your care, our team provides all the logistic support to guarantee your serenity: transportation to and from the healthcare facility, point of contact, interpreter, etc.

And to help you make the most of your stay in France, FAME Santé also books and organizes your activities: your wishes are our mission!

Entertainment, sightseeing and cultural tours, sport activities, beauty care and fitness, restaurants, wine tours… We plan and book all your activities based on your interests and tastes. We take care of all the details so you can enjoy your trip to the fullest!

Your return: FAME Santé guarantees a medical follow-up

In addition to organizing your trip back, FAME Santé plans a post-operative follow-up and a medical monitoring carried out by your French practitioner, together with your local doctor if necessary.

The follow-up duration depends on the performed medical procedure and can last up to 6 months.
